About the Program

The Commit Goaltending Youth Fundamentals Program is the starting point for young goaltenders looking to learn the basics of the position in a supportive and engaging environment. Built for U9 to U11 athletes (birth years 2015-2018), this program focuses on teaching essential movement patterns, foundational techniques, and early crease habits through structured, age-appropriate instruction.

Our goal is to help young goalies build confidence, enjoy the game, and develop the building blocks necessary for long-term success.

All Sessions will take place in Spruce Grove, AB at the Tri-Leisure Centre

Is This Program Right for You?

Age & Program Fit

This program is designed for goaltenders aged U9 to U11 (birth years 2015-2018). No prior goalie experience is necessary, but a love for the game and willingness to learn are key.

  • Builds a connected, confident goalie community
